Nope, Christianity's Muslim bretheran assert that their is the one true religion.
I haven't ever heard a Jewish person SAY something like that but they tend to have the attitude of "you were getting it right but you missed the boat".
Chances are, any monotheistic faith tradition may claim to be THE right/best/only one.

God Bless you...
EVERY religion claims to have the true path. Name one that doesn't, and they are lying to you. Bhuddism teaches only one path to enlightenment, as does Hinduism. Judaism, Islam, Christianity, Zoro-astroism, B'nai B'rith, etc...jeepers there's alot...Mormanism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Branch Davidian, it could go on and on and on...
Religion, by it's very nature, is exclusive. Even Unitarianism is exclusive--if you don't believe that anything goes, then you can't get to heaven....lol
If you think about it, it has to be that way. Not all paths can be correct. Only one can. Make sure you find it.
Hint: It's right there, behind the Cross of Jesus, the one claimed by faith and grace, not works.

Yes Christianity is the only True religion. God warns about other teachings.
There is a way that seems right to a man,
But its end is the way of death. Proverbs 14:12
“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. Matt. 7:13-14
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their own craftiness." 1 Cor. 3:19
Jesus is the ONLY way to God.
Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6
The Bible is pretty clear. All other religions will take you straight to hell. Please adhere to what the Bible says.
All other religions claim to be right but we only know the truth when we compare their doctrine to that of the Bible!
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Tim. 3:16-17

No, hundreds more, many of which Christianity borrowed archetypes from. Christianity grew so large because they took this thought too far and started killing all non-believers, family indoctrination then took over as a way to steady the population through the years, as in most religions...

I don't know. Because I'm sure a lot of religions thing they are the ONE TRUE RELIGION. But I think, since I'm wiccan, that wicca is a true religion, but I know that you can believe what you want, so the others are true in a sense, too.

i think of human beings would be having issues distinguishing between a team which believes that there is reality of their procedures and a team which insist that for the period of elementary terms their procedures have reality. maximum religions do not particularly remark on others except there became a particular schism.

No, the Muslims also make that claim. Most others acknowledge that it's different strokes for different folks.

pretty much all of them. only Christianity says it more than others, because we care about peoples souls. we want people to see that they need Christ. i understand that people don't want to see it that way, but that's the truth. and Islam says they are the only true religion by killing all the non-muslims. it seems to be a tradition in their religion.

Most religions claim to be the only "true" faith.
But faith is based on psychology, not evidence, so technically none of them are "true."
It's time to stop killing and hurting people based on conflicting ideas of invisible men.
