Making homemade soup with home made noodles but i dont know when they'll be done!!! Is it when they float to the top?

When they float to the top, become tender and turn into a pale color. The best way is to grab a strand and taste it to see if you like the texture or not.

I cook mine till they float to the top. They cook pretty quick. Chicken noodle soup sounds yummy.

Simple, test them. Some people like them aldente (a little hard) some people like them soft. They say if you throw it and it sticks to the wall it's done... but I don't think you want to dirty your walls! LOL. Only tasting will tell.

they do cook very fast...3 minutes, 5 tops. Grab one and throw it against a wall, if it sticks... it's done!

Yup - they will float and be sooo yummy - OK now I'm hungry.
