I made noodles. I put chicken and vegies all in the same container and in the fridge Is that ok to do that??? It will be eaten in an hour.

That's fine - it won't cause any ill effect since all the food is cooked and presumably this stir fry is to be served cold? If the ingredients aren't cooked you do have a potential cross contamination concern. The trick now will be to make sure you cook the dish completely!

Yes if you are going to eat it in a short amount of time it should be ok. However you should leave the cover off until it reaches a temp of 45. In most cases you wouldnt want to combine ingredients for fear of cross contamination.

It's fine as long as you don't cover them completelly until they have cooled competely.
