Hello, I felt sad for you when i read your question.
I don't know why you are always losing your confidence. Maybe it is that things in your life are not going the way you want them to. Maybe you feel lonely. it could be many things. I find the best way to start to feel better is to focus on all of the good things about yourself. Try not to focus on anything that you think is negative about you. Repeat words and phrases to yourself about positive aspects of your self and your life. Expect others to like you and they will. Every day is a new beginning, wake up tomorrow and be your own best friend. Be good to yourself. Try getting a self help book. i would recommend Tony Robbins and Fiona Harrold.
