What factors prevent people from participating in regular physical activity and propose stratiegies to overcome these barriors

Well,
1) asthma- But that can be outgrown or using an inhaler helps.
2) Broken bones-obviously wear a cast for a few weeks
3) Chronic heart conditions- over exertion causes fainting and other bad stuff, not quite sure how to fix it...medicine I guess.
4) Malnutrition- doesn't prevent you from working out but it can cause problems like lack of potassium causes Charlie horses.

Injuries would be a major factor . . .
Spinal cord injury , amputations , broken bones .
Also bio-chemistry issues like lime disease , hepatitis C , bronchitis etc .

Well let's see, if they've had something amputated, that's a good factor in my opinion.

stress, you know, "oh ive had a hard day at work, i dont feel like exercising". ironically exercise can be a stress reliever
