if it's a friend say:
hey (name) i know we have been friends for a ( long time/short time) but do u feel a connection bettween us?...(if she says yes) would you like to go out some time?... (if no) oh just me then
works!!

Tell her the only thing better then falling asleep and dreaming of her, is her in your presence. LOL! No just be up front about the way you feel. This is a long lost secret from the dominion of women....... we hate decoding you men!!! Don't hint around the way you feel. I like you, I would like to get to know you better, can we hang out sometime. Summarize by saying it all.

Just be honest and tell her, she'll let you know if she feels the same way. But don't start acting all stalker-ish if she doesn't like you back: that's just scary, lol. If you like a girl just go up to her, start a conversation and tell her that you like her and would like to get to know her better.

Any girl will be good if you jsut go out and tell her while shes alone. Then walk away, if she likes u she'll say somethin but she may like you so much than when u tell her she will be so stunned she won't say a thing.
