You should definitely put some long layers in it if you don't wanna go drastic. If you don't mind drastic, then I would consider a shoulder length cut with some choppy layers so that you can give yourself some personality. You have to smile to make anything look good. Hold your chin up and live life to the fullest, you are tooooo young to be worried about all this.

I think you woul look really pretty with you hair in layers but keep you hair long, you shoul tint you base a really light brown and put some blond highlights (make sure they are not yellow or orange yuk!) all over thin highlights not thick, with side bang (bangs should start way back so that you have no part) i think you would look really good!

Okay, it looks like there is no volume to your hair .. i think you need to first start with seperating your hair more to the side than the middle .. Thank go to the hairdresser and ask for about 1 inch off your hair and to add alot of layers throughout your hair to add thickness and volume .. then i would get angles towards your face .. A nice swept side bang wouldn't hurt and would look good with your blue eyes, but if you're afraid of the side bang, ask for longer ones because your hair will always grow back .. i hope i helped(: Also with a little blue eyeliner, your eyes will deff pop!!!!
