I am a women is correct for Siamese twins you insensitive monster! Also, I think the riddle is very good. I would like to repost it but I don't know if that is fair to the original poster. Perhaps she will e-mail me with special permission.

Check your grammar: "I am a" is singular and "women" is plural.
