my 3 yo old takes a glimpse of me every now and then when i take shower. believe me i asked myself the same question.
he seemed to be fine and plus it makes me feel better to know his whereabouts.
personally, i dont even remember anything earlier than 5 years of age, some people can remember earlier but 3 is too young to remember anything at all.
but i thought it is a good question coming from a good mother, who cares about their childrens well being in every way!

he's too young to even know the difference between girls and boys. therefore, he's not going to think anything by seeing you naked. now if he was 15, then i'd understand not being naked around him, but this is a 3 year old we're talking about.

This is my take on the naked thing and kids, as long as you are comforatable with it and they are too its ok. IT IS YOUR HOUSE....you moved out of your parents house for a reason...FREEDOM...you pay the bills and keep up maitnence...You should be allowed to do whatever leggally is allowed in your own home...without worrying so much...but again it all comes right down to respect.

If you mean for showering or bathing I think it's ok. You don't want to leave him alone or just caged up in his crib while you take care of yourself.
I think by kindergarten age you should stop that.
Right now he's only 3 and has no clue that being nude can be sexual in anyway.

As long as you are comfotable I think it is fine. My son is 4 and sees me sometimes in the morning or in the shower

please. a 3 yr old dosen't care!! Don't force our warped image of human sexuality on a child by teaching them that a naked body is somehtng to hide or be ashamed of.
