A start would be to check out local agencies, I've seen numerous ad posts on www.craigslist.org and picking your local city... I've seen a few of them with links to other sites, I know you're like looking for a direct phone number or answer but you'll need a portfolio and that's a great way to start!

I don't know where you are developmentally, but if you're a student at the high school or college level, there are excellent outlets to explore the craft by taking theater courses and participating in productions of all sorts. Even once your formal academic studies have ended you can continue your pursuit by joining community theater groups, and if they don't exist find like-minded individuals, band together and start one. Your question may have been geared more towards finding that elusive "break" into television or movies....there's no easy answer to that because people have been "discovered" doing the most innocuous things from shopping to participating in commercials. But it's a certainty that you'll need exposure and training to increase your possiblity of finding that lucky break, so perfect your craft first and something will turn up.
