Hey guys
I'm trying my darnedest to save money for grad school. So can you tell me, with only the ingredients I'm going to list, what the best way of grilling some chicken breasts on the George Foreman are?

-chicken breasts
-parmesan cheese
-ketchup
-mayo
-shredded cheddar cheese
-onion powder (and some other spices)
- grey poupon mustard
-honey
-Honey teriyaki marinade
-creamy italian dressing
-thousand island dressing
-bread crumbs
-taco seasoning
-brown sugar

Obviously, you don't need to include all the ingredients. I prefer sweeter tasting chicken and I'm kind of tired of chicken with italian dressing, topped with parmisan cheese (baked). Can you also include brief cooking directions (how long to marinade, how long to cook for, etc.). You may also assume I have a few other basic ingredients (salt, pepper, milk, sugar, etc.).

Give me your best!
Thanks.

Make yourself a homemade barbecue sauce.

Of course this is different than the one I typically make, but you said to stick to the ingredients =).

Combine ketchup and brown sugar 5:1 in ratio, add onion powder, garlic powder (if you have it), cumin (if you have it), and something for a little heat (cayenne, red pepper flakes, red pepper).

As far as marinading the chicken I would simply brine them. Combine 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup salt in 2 cups of water--add any appropriate seasonings you have on hand (peppercorns, thyme). Brining chicken makes them incredibly juicy and flavorful, and will complement the overly-complex taste of a barbecue sauce well.

Try a marinade of mayo and a teriyaki marinade, and seasonings that would be equiv to ginger and sesame seeds (like you can substitute bread crumbs for seeds, but do that right before cooking.) Stir it up, tasting it as you go along. Put the mixture in a ziplock or shallow bowl with the thawed, cleaned, and dried chicken breasts. Let it marinade in the fridge overnight.

When you are ready to cook, sprinkle the crumbs over it and grill for 4 - 6 min.

I actually improvised this from another recipe, so I haven't tried it myself. But you can see the original recipe over here:

You said you were in the mood for sweet so the obvious is to marinade the chicken in the teriaki for a minimum of 30 minutes in the fridge (you can leave it up to 12 hours) - then just grill as per machine instructions. Serve with rice or use to top a salad. You could also make a mustard rub with 1/4 cup mustard and 2 tablespoons brown sugar coat chicken completely and let stand in the fridge for 30 min to 2 hours then grill and enjoy! Good Luck!

hmmmm... If you had flower tortillas, just take the chicken and rub the taco seasoning onto the chicken, and grill, and you could make chicken tacos.

If you had Spaghetti sauce you could try Chicken Parmasean.

Bread the chicken with eggs and bread crumbs. I let it rest in the fridge for an hour so the breadcrums hold better. Then you can stick it in the grill and cook till its done through, then you can put the warmed spaghetti sauce with a bit of that onion powder, and maybe some garlic and top with some parmasean cheese. Yum, one of my favorites.

Forget about old George.. If you have chicken breast (thawed) Roll them in eggs and cornflake crumbs and bake. You might try this on George machine. We love them made like this. You can also use pork chops and fish this way too. I line a pan with foil , spray and then put the pieces in and bake for about 35 or 40 min. If you want sweeter chicken also have them rolled in brown sugar before the corn flakes or sprinkle them with it afterwards.

as a results of fact boneless chicken breasts are very lean and mildly flavored, it truly is recommended to rub them with herbs, salt and pepper and paprika (to grant the chicken a brownish crust). in elementary terms a mild brushing of olive oil, not too lots. and make constructive the grill is warm adequate in the past putting the chicken in. in any different case, the breasts heavily isn't seared and all of the chicken juices will pass out, leaving them dry and stringy.
