i am in my first wedding as a bridesmaid. what exactly do i have to do? i'm only a teenager, so i'm not sure what i'm supposed to be doing.

usually you are responsible for paying for you outfit for the day of the wedding as well as your hair. depending on your age, your mother or the bride might help you out.
you are suppose to support the bride and help her if she needs any like with invitations and such.
and it would be nice if you help the other bridesmaids throw a bridal shower for her.
you attend the rehearsal and dinner that is held afterwards. there you learn how to walk in and where to stand.

That depend on if your the maid of honor or not. Maid of Honor is the one that organizes the batchlerette party and helps with the wedding shower. The other girls can help but general they just do walk down the isle at the wedding

You need to ask your BRIDE want you need to do.
Only her and the groom know what they want you to do.
For instance, I only want my bridesmaids to stand beside me in the wedding, go with me to pick out dresses for them, and make sure I don't go nuts!
