Get a high performance Ceramic pad. Lower dust, lower heat, and better stopping distances.

There are a number of aftermarket suppliers of "dustless" brake pads, and most are not all that expensive. If your Tundra is still under warranty, though, do not change to these types of pads as it will void the warranty of the brake system. We changed the pads on one of the Audi TT's we service, and the dealer officially voided the brake system warranty when he had the car in for other work. OUCH. Expensive situation for just a little dust and extra washing once a week.

Regular brake pads do create a lot of dust as they operate and wear, metallic pads solve the dust problem, but unfortunately tend to be noisy. The answer, ceramic pads, but they are the most expensive of the 3 types.

There are no pads that fit your requirement. The pads work by friction and it is a normal function for them to erode. The erosion process produces a fine dust. Sorry but there you have it.
