its been purple for about 12 hrs, it was a small deer tick.

Go to a doctor. If it really was a deer tick and the mark area is a circular bruise/red spot it may be lyme disease.

You may have become infected with Lyme's Disease, which is caused by deer tick bites. You'll need to see a doctor for antibiotics.

there is a possiblity of lyme's, but what do ticks do....they suck your blood.....what happenes when you bleed under the skin...you get a bruise...what colors are burises purple green blue ect,....
its good to go get the lyme's checked but its only been half a day...your going to bleed for a little while

It is very possible that you are infected with lyme disease. I suggest you go to the doctors now so they can give you the proper treatment for it.

cool beans did you just pull off the tick. if you did the head is still probally in you. huh sucks to be you better go to the doctor.
