I add chocolate ovaltine to my four year olds milk. She likes the chocolatey taste plus it gives her added nutrients. I've also used carnation instant breakfast in her milk.

put chocolate syrup in it.... or strawberry quick.......
But when all is said and done... you can't get a four year old to do anything they don't want to do ... unless there is a reward or consequence.
Make a sticker chart. Give her a sticker each time she drinks a SMALL cup of milk. Get a prize for the 5th or 10th sticker.
That's how my four year old learned to clean her room.
If you want to go the consequence route... she can't get down from the dinner table until she drinks her milk.
I prefer to start with the rewarding method first... it's much less stressful.
Eventually, she'll either like milk... or not... but at least she will have tried.

Ovaltine. However I grew up without drinking milk, I despise it, and I seem to be okay. Give your four year old some of those gummi multivitamins that should have all the Calcium in it that you're seeking also.

Milk is not at all necessary for a healthy diet. "Vitamin" D can be obtained from adequate sunshine. Calcium can be obtained from green veggies, certain fish and other foods. Protein and fats can come from meats and meat alternatives. etc, etc.
In many parts of the world they don't drink milk, or at least very rarely and they are just as healthy.

mix in chocolate or vanilla or strawberry. Give him yougurt or cheese instead. My son loves to peel string cheese and its the same calcium. If he doesnt like milk (neither do i!) just give him other dairy. Or try a bowl of cereal that will make the milk taste good while hes eating it.

try adding milkshake mix such as chocolate, strawberry or banana flavour, if this doesnt work try calcium supplements and dont bother because some children simply do not like milk and if it makes the child feel sick they may be lactose intolerant.

well you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.
You could try and force it but you can't make them like it. Is there a food that you hate? If so could someone make you eat and like it?
Don't force the child its just gonna get blown back in your face hun, find another way to get the nutrition in them.
