Delilah calls for a servant to shave Samson's seven locks. Since that breaks the Nazarite oath, God leaves him, and Samson is captured by the Philistines. They gouge out his eyes. After being blinded, Samson is brought to Gaza, imprisoned, and put to work grinding grain.

First of all Delilah was a prostitute and a Philistine. Sleeping with a prostitute was a sin and under the vow of the Nazarine Samson could only be with (marry) a Jewish woman. Samson also got drunk and this is a no no under the Vow of the Nazarine. Let's just say Samson wasn't living up to his end of the bargin with God and God had enough.

Samson was a man dedicated to the service of God. He took his mind off of God and allowed himself to be beguiled by a woman, some say Delilah was a prositute, but I am not convinced, however, Samson allowed the shift in his focus and told the source of his strength, which was his hair.
It was the shift in his focus, from Godly things, to worldly things, that was his undoing.

Actually that was Sampsons last mistake. He was born a Nazarite. Which meant he could not cut his hair touch any unclean (dead) thing or any grapes or by products (wine).
He had already violated the first two and provided Delilah with the information she needed. He was in complete disobediance of God. He was not even supposed to be socializing with the Philistines and their women. He sinned and was punished for it.

Samson kept testing the things God told Him not to do, just because He knew God would make it all okay. He told Delilah His weakness, almost as if he wanted her to cut his hair, just so God could again redeem him. He was disobedient to God's instruction time and time again.

Well he was suppose to keep his secret and he didn't!
He was forbidden to sleep with a woman outside of his beliefs and he did!
So he was Not wronged, he should have learned from the first and second experience but instead he waited until the third. But too late was his cry;His glory went with him.
take care now

Samson gave it up to Delilah, instead of keeping his covenant with God to keep it amongst the two of them.
