For the last three days I am experiencing a very uncomfortable pain during urination. It feels as if the urinary pore is being spasmodically forced closed everytime some urine is on the way out. I dont know if this is a correct analogy, but it feels like the discomfort during peeing immediately after an orgasm, only 5 times more intense and painful too. Also i always feel like i need to urinate, and any pressure on the lower abdomen, or even on the upper wall of the vagina during sex, intensifies this urge to urinate. However my urine is clear, and looks and smells quite normal. The pain however has increased with each day. Do i have an Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)? Please help.

Well I hadn't considered an STD because my partner joined a new job recently and underwent a full medical checkup and wasnt found to have any STDs, and neither of us are into multiple partners. But thanks every one, I shall get a checkup done as soon as possible (as well as the cranberry juice). Thank you all so much. You really helped.

It could be that, or an STD. Either way I'd get to the doctor and get it checked out.
In the mean time try drinking Cranberry juice. It is very soothing to the bladder, and may help to reduce symptoms.

Sounds like a UTI - get Azo Standard from the drugstore and drink gallons of cranberry juice (not from concentrate). The Azo will work wonders for the pain and the cranberry juice will help heal the tract. If your infection goes untreated, it can become a very very dangerous situation by traveling into the kidneys for which you'll be hospitalized. So take care of it now!

Sounds like you do have an UTI. For immediate relief, run out and buy some cranberry juice - not "cocktail". Drink lots of it plus water. The cranberry juice changes the Ph of the tract making it inhospitable to the bacteria. This will make peeing bearable. Then see a Dr. who will most likely prescribe antibiotics for you. TAKE THE FULL COURSE.

Sounds like you do. Can be easily cleared up with a course of antibiotics or try drinking some cranberry juice which flushes out the urinary tract. Also, once its cleared up, to stop it recurring make sure you wipe front to back and always pee after having sex.

You may be describing urethral spasms. They may be caused by an infection which irritates the urethra, making it spasm. This could be a sexually-transmitted infection or a urinary tract infection. You must see a physician for evaluation and treatment; the physician will ask about your symptoms, palpate your abdomen and back, and take a urine sample. Your urine does not have to have an odor or be discolored for an infection to be present.

There are OTC medications (such as Uristat or AZO urinary pain relief) which help decrease your sensation of urinary spasm. They do not cure infection and as they discolor your urine, I do not recommend that you take them before you see your doctor. Ask your doctor about their use.

Yes, most likely it is. Pain and discomfort during urination usually means bladder infection, or something else of that nature. See a doctor.
