My husband has an MPO on him and was put in the barracks, my two kids and I live out in town and they stopped his BAH. I need to know if he his still entitled the BAH.

if the divorce has not gone through than he is still entitled to BAH at the with dependent rate. However, he may have stopped the allotment himself.

Contact his Chain of Command he is still legally married they should not stop his BAH..

he was placed in the barracks because of the mpo not because hes single.

I'm sure there is way more to this story than what you are caring to share here.

IF you and he are still legally married yes he should still be getting his BAH/deps.

IF you guys are legally divorced he should still be getting BAH/deps if they kids are legally his, meaning his name is on their birth certificate or there is a court order saying he is responsibile for support of them.

IF you are legally divorced and the kids aren't his than you will have to look elsewhere for support because NO he is no longer entitled to BAH if he is living in the BEQ.
