I was thinking of filleting the pork chops we thawed out for dinner and putting spaghetti sauce on it and baking it. Then making noodles and putting it on them. Does that sound good?? I know I do it with chicken, but I am not sure it is going to work with pork chops.

Well, it was a HIT! I first brushed it with honey, someone said only sweet pork will work. I baked it for 10 min and then COVERED it in spaghetti sauce. The kind that is extra tomatoe with garlic and onion. And then i put it over noodles.
My fiance and daughter loved it, I didn't care for it but then again I get picky on how my pork chops are made, I am not really fond of them.
But it worked!!!

Why not??? Heck, experimentation is the way that recipes get made up, ya know!!! Chicken and pork are both white meats, pretty much a taste that picks up the tastes of what it's cooked with, so I'd go ahead and try it: what do you have to loose?? I'd offer the suggestion that you brown the pork chops before you bake them, though.....they'll just have a better overall flavor.....Let us know if your recipe is a success, so we all can try it out!!! Enjoy!!

Well I like experimenting with food and once I tried pork chops with ragu sauce and my ex-boyfriend and I didn't enjoy it so my mom told try making it like Chicken Pamersaen and she was right it was extremley delicous,so if I was you I'd try.
Also do the noddles on the side and put some garlic and basil on it for a side and maybe make some homeade garlic bread.

I think it would work with pork just make sure the pork is thouroghly cooked. I never tried pork with spaghetti sauce. I have had barbecue sauce on pork chops and it is good!

My friend makes spaghetti with shredded pork chops instead of hamburger or sausage. It's good stuff.

Sure, why not? If you like pork chops and spagetti sauce that is all that matters.

Sounds good to me. What time is dinner or supper, depending on where you are from. Try it.
