My daughter is 5 yrs old and has had a cut near that area also from wiping herself trying to do the front to back wipe and scratched herself with her finger nail. Just make sure not to put soap directly on the cut i used baby wash until it healed, also you should wipe her after she uses the restroom. I used clear balmex and neosporin on the cut it went away within 3 to 4 days. You have to keep the area clean.

Seeing as how you didn't explain how the cut got there (and it's absolutely none of our business), I'll simply agree with a couple of other posters and say that Neosporin is probably the best route.

Just how did she get this cut? Put some Neosporin with pain relief on it every time she goes potty for a couple days and she will be fine.

Neosporin or vaseline should help it heal a bit faster and protect it from the acid in her urine.
The better question is how did it get there?

I would find out why she has this and where it came from first. Use antibiotic ointment and if possible a bandaid, but clean it and place a new bandage everytime she uses it.

Either buy a peri bottle or just use a cup to pour warm water over her (or she can do it herself) while she pees. This will stop it from stinging.

put diaper ointment or vaseline on it, it will protect from the urine. Re-apply after she wipes, and every few hrs since it will rub off on her undies.
