Guys, honestly, read the details, it's not that hard!

Taken from Father K's answer is said question:

Note, in Jonah 3:10: it says: "And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of [or changed his mind concerning] the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not. Other passages like this are: Genesis 6:7; Exodus 32:14; 1 Samuel 15:11; Psalm 106:45; Hosea 11:8; Joel 2:13.

When has God ever changed his mind? I know in the Islam faith God can never make his mind up but not in the Christian faith.

THE LORD GOD wrote the THE BOOK ALFA AND THE OMEGA and said it is finished (HIS works) I AM THE ALFA AND THE OMEGA -to the unending world. The Prophet Daniel was told in a vision that what was written must be fulfilled. Thus, man's intellectually understanding as the changing of the mind of THE LORD GOD is according to the written Scripture written before time began. Likewise, none was really changed according to HIS plans. This is likened to a human plan or a corporate plan or a military plan that they have such things as plan A and Plan B or option 1 to option 2. to option 3. When the planner execute option 2 or 3 did that mean the planner changed his mind? Not at all! HAVE FAITH IN GOD. And use your heart rather than your intellect because like Paul of Tarsus, he was an intellectual man like you and was trained under the best professor of his time GAMALIEL. Yet Paul of tarsus, confessed saying I was a violent man, I persecuted the Chruch of GOD because of ignorance and unbellief. Also if you intelletualized spiritual things instead of praying and supplicating for revelations or inspirations from THE HOLY SPIRIT, then you are putting THE LORD GOD your CREATOR, under a microscope and studying HIM as if HE is your science subject specimen. Thus, truth will be far from you as you will only understand the word of GOD through your heart. Though the Prophets and Saints-the servants of GOD and their disciples receive revelations of truth while the natural men will understand by heart the words of GOD in the soon coming kingdom of heaven according to the divine plan as the 2nd born of GOD. This is so as THE LORD JESUS CHRIST said to you (HIS disciples) the mysteries of the Kingdom are revealed but to them (natural men) they come in parables. As far as the flood is concerned, there will be a deluge (not flood caused by rains) of water caused by the big stone (comets) that will be thrown by an angel to the north pole during the wrath of GOD in the year 3500. THANKS GOD; FEAR GOD; PRAISE GOD; GLORIFY GOD; HONOR GOD; LOVE GOD AND WORSHIP GOD.

Uh, Water, Fire, semantics. Genocide is Genocide. God said for sure we don't have forever. So what are you doing to prepare. Don't ask if you should get scuba gear or sun screen. Ask yourself if you believe at all. That is really the only valid question any of these folks are asking. every question is WHY SHOULD I BELIEVE IN GOD???!!! no matter how it's worded. So there is no definitive answer for you. You weigh the evidence that you find. you decide what you believe. you are either wrong or right. You got a 50/50 shot. My question for you is, set everything aside, what is the Safe bet? and go from there.

God's word is truth. In Genesis He plainly says that He set His bow [rainbow] in the sky as a sign that He would never destroy the earth by flood.
It does not say that there will not be floods but that the earth will never be destroyed by a flood like it was before when only Noah and family and all in the ark were saved.

As I recall, God instructed in the 10 Commandments "Thou shalt not kill"

and then instructed

"Suppose a man has a stubborn, rebellious son who will not obey his father or mother, even though they discipline him. In such cases, the father and mother must take the son before the leaders of the town. They must declare: 'This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious and refuses to obey. He is a worthless drunkard.' Then all the men of the town must stone him to death. In this way, you will cleanse this evil from among you, and all Israel will hear about it and be afraid."
Frankly, I'm thankful I'm an athiest, or I'd have to return to my childhood terror of waiting for God to instill his punishment on a sinful world.

There is going to be a flood, but not of water of fire some time after the the 6 month of 2066

Every time you see a rainbow, it's a sign that God won't flood the earth again.

And every time a bell rings, an angel gets its wings.

But don't assume that a flood is God's doing. We could globally warm ourselves right into a flood and it wouldn't be God's fault.

Because we are told in the book of Revelation that the world was once destroyed by water and next it will be destroyed by fire!

I'm not sure you get the idea God changes his mind. It depends on which god you refer to...The God of the Bible is forever and his word is forever he does ot change his mind.
I am open to any scripture you wish to present to show he changes his mind...this whould be interesting because God is all knowing...not much reason to change his mind. .

When God made the first flood he promised he will NEVER do it again. The rainbow is what we use to remember God's promise.
