what you should weigh depends on your height more than anything. eat right, exercise, drink water and you'll be fine. work out with weights to tone and define muscles. you can look better, but I don't know if you can look the way you want.

First thing you should do is get a note book. Then do an average day of what ever you do and keep count of how many calories u intake and lose. After this is done for a couple of days the real work out will start. It is good ur running next thing to do is slowly change ur eating habits and still do ur usually work out. After you start eating healthy for awhile(I know its hard at first)you will start to lose some lbs. Then what ever your work out is double the amount of work. If you could keep this up for awhile and keep eating healthy you will achieve ur goal. Just make sure u lose more calories than u take in.
ps Dont try to starve urself.

excercise everyday
eat often (5-6 times a day)
dont eat 3 hrs before sleeping
do excercise right after waking up(pushups, situps)
eat within an hour of waking up
eat lots of eggs fish cellery chicken wheat bread
get alot of protein fiber and liquid
eat a moderate amount of dairy and fruit
get 8 hours of sleep
dont drink
run at least 1 hr at 6 mph continuously a day
lift after running and lift every other day(if you only want weight loss and not bulk)
with this u should be able to lose about 18 lbs in 6 weeks and keep it off. just make sure u keep a similar calorie intake or slightly higher when u excercise.
if you want to get bigger and lose fat reverse the excercise order lifting then running. and make sure to eat alot of protein and carbs shortly after lifting

It has everything to do with what you eat. Eat high protein, low fat 6 times a day. Chicken, tuna, round beef, tons of vegatables, fruit, etc. workout 3 days a week with full body workouts. do 3 upper body workouts and 3 lower. then do sprint training( sprint all out for 30 seconds then slow jog for 1 min) repeat 3-6 times. in 1 month you will see results.

Try following Harley Pasternak's 5-Factor Fitness plan. It's supposed to give u results (not amazing results, but decent) in 5 weeks, and is a plan you can stick to. I'm attempting it myself.
