Try to put everything that's happening into some kind of perspective....if you try to take in too big a chunk of it at one time it'll overwhelm you like it sounds like it's doing now. First thing: relax. When you go to court, all you have to do is tell the simple truth; no one can ask more of you than that. No one can trip you up with questions if everything you say is the absolute truth as you know it to be. (Don't try to tell an account from a position favorable to your family, just tell it like it is. When you try to add a slant or bias into your testimony, the other side will eat you alive....they will listen carefully to each word you say looking for just such an opening. The best way to diffuse them is to not fall into that trap. Stick to the facts.) Next, regarding all the "what ifs" that might happen as a result of all that's going on; those are adult problems. If they were easy to fix, the adults wouldn't need to bother with court in the first place, but they obviously aren't. And if they can't solve them with adult experience under their belts, you certainly can't reasonably expect to solve them with a more youthful experience base.Just play in your lane and don't sweat the other stuff. Judges are extremely capable people trained to sort through the ocean of crap adults get themselves into to arrive at a fair solution for all concerned. So don't worry; the case will be decided in a manner that reflects a just solution. Don't think about money that may be coming because that's by no means a guarantee....these are issues that will be decided in court. Reduced to it's least common denominator, you really have very little to actually worry about in this situation. Remember, just stick to the facts and let the other chips fall where they may.You can empathize with anyone's point of view you want to, but you have no real power or duty to influence things one way or the other. You'll be fine.

How many situations are going on here hun?

Ok the court thing, tell the truth to the best of your ability, it doesn't matter if you might get money for it(?) or not, you are there to help serve justice. If you believe your sister then stick with her, if not then tell your side.

If your dad is in backpayments from his ex, an that is why she is sending him letters, i dont know if that would be harrassment if she is simply chasing child support.

Can your dad seek legal help so you dont lose out especially your house?

When you go to court, you tell the truth. No exaggerations, no omissions....just the truth...plain and simple.

I understand that you are stressed out by the events in your life. But for those few moments in the court room you will have to pull yourself together and behave a grown up. Grown ups have to do things they don't like from time to time. This is one of those things.

I don't understand the entire situation, but I am sure that if your family can prove that she is harrassing you, you can get some type of peace order or something.

As far as court, you have to do what you feel is best for you and your family.

Best of luck!
