This usually happens once or twice a month and has been going on for about a year now. I will totally be fine, and then I almost collapse of the cramps. Once I throw up or go to the bathroom a couple times, I'm cured, and feel perfectly normal. It is inconsistant with my period, so that has nothing to do with it. Also, my mom thought it might be food poisoning, but I can't think of any thing I've eaten that matches up with those days. I don't eat red meat and do not drink milk (I have practically no calcium in my diet)--could those have something to do with it??? Has anyone heard of anything like that?? I would appreciate comments please!

Potassium deficiency might be a problem. Also, you probably need more protein in your diet. My daughter had the same problem a couple years back. She actually started blacking out . Once we put more potassium in her diet and she started back eating protein (meats) she never had a problem since. But since I'm not a medical doctor, the best advice is talk to your doctor.

I think you should definitely do something about not getting calcium. Perhaps you should try a coral calcium supplement.

As for always being ill, you may want to take a closer look at the foods you are eating. You may have a food allergy. you may also want to drink a serving of liduid silver solution every day to help knock out viruses. This is an amazing product, with centuries of evidence attesting to its effectiveness. For some reason after WWII, we became hooked on penicilin as an antibiotic and forgot about the natural powers of silver in our diet.

Check out the site below for a fair priced source of colloidal silver.

I used to get sick in a similar way, except it would last three days. Try keeping a food diary. Write down everything you eat and also keep track of when you get sick. For me, I had developed several food intolerances. Once I figured out what made me sick and avoid it, I am fine. Do you get stinky burps before you get sick? It was always an 8-12 hour delay between eating the food and getting sick. It would usually hit me at about 3 AM.
