Brent....yesssssss! the thought of Bush and the fact that he will out of office someday makes me feel VERY happy!! :) :) :)

The never ending giggles and shrieks of my 4 and 2 year old kids playing together.
The way my neurotic cat likes to suddenly dart across the room, leaving behind toppled over lamps and kicking up dust off the carpet. No apparent reason. Cats are crazy!
The way my large breed golden retriever allows my kids to ride him like a horsie around the house, taking turns of course, shreiking and giggling the entire time.
The way my kids like to strip down to their bums and run screaming around the house that our large breed dog is chasing them (they are really taunting his poor, amicable soul - but he doesn't flinch) Its quite entertaining, clothes everywhere, yelps heard across the neighborhood, probably neighbors wonder what's going on with those Apostolics down the street?!

On a whim I made brownies and took some over to my elderly neighbor. She was so happy!! "Well, gee, I haven't had brownies in so long!! Thankyou so much for bringing them over!" I made her day and she just about made mine!
Went out shopping and got the perfect bedspread for my room- and God showed me how I could make this mirror match my new color scheme.
And when I accidently got lost getting to the mall- God showed me the way and I wasn't even late for the appointment I was trying to get to!
Here's somethings that always makes me smile-
getting prayers answered
My cat George
Making other people smile
and getting something done (finished, accomplished, whatever)

I heard a funny joke today. It made ME laugh, so maybe you as well.
Two friends decide to go up to the mountains of Crete for a change of scenery and sit down to eat at a small taverna. When the owner comes to take their order, they ask "Do you have any sea food?" The owner looks at them as says, "Yeah. Salt."
That is a real story. Smile! It's boring being blue!

I am sorry, I keep losing my happy thought lately too. One thing that often works for me is to think about something I REALLY want and then spend about 15 minutes to 1/2 hour daydreaming as if I already have it. It feels good to pretend that I already have what I want. for a short time, I get to enjoy what I want, even though I don't yet have it. I know it is coming, so I act like I already have it. Only for awhile. It is good for manifesting your dreams and getting you out of your funk.

I went to Dollar General to buy some toilet paper and two employees were out front smoking cigarettes and bitching about how they were expected to stock the shelves and actually do some work. The shelves were empty inside and I had to go through a cardboard box to find the benadryl I needed too. When I went back outside a manager was chewing them a new ****** and I laughed at them. They looked mad!

properly... i've got been rather unwell all day, yet nevertheless had to bypass to skool. Plus my hamster died at present :( So did no longer experience like smiling. :( needless to say, I did have the prospect to grin somewhat. i became into made to do 2 mock German orals and did properly in them, even with being extraordinarily unwell. Yaaay

Boring day at work till the guy next to me looked out the window and saw a frog climbing up the glass. Really weird since we're on the 2nd floor....

Well today I went hiking and when I got to the top I could see my whole Vally so I looked out at the expanse of mountains and that just made my grin and feel good

The story about yet another Republican in FL who managed to get himself arrested after propositioning an undercover cop to let him perform fellatio on the cop for $20.
I dont know what funnier - that the guy is married and religious and was trying to pass a law in FL giving harsher penalties to prostitutes while trying to prostitute himself, or the fact that he feels his fellatio skills are only worth $20.
