Yeah, you do... a valid passport with a visa stamped in it... and a return ticket. They may stamp you on the plane or you may have to be quizzed at customs once you reach the American airport where you'll disembark. When I entered the UK *from* the US, they really had at me before stamping my passport.

to visit no. you can visit up to 3 months. You can't work/earn money on a visitors visa.
If you want to work/stay it's getting way more complicated. Look into work visa for US, basically, without a job offer no way.
As this is the religion section, you could try praying for a work visa or that you will win the greencard lottery. Let me know if it works.
