I hate brewing tea because I like drinking cold green tea after I work out so I just started putting a green tea bag in a water bottle and letting it sit in the fridge until I finish working out. Does it have the same effect if I brew it or not? I use lipton but sometimes I use a korean brand.

Brewing is just a faster way of doing it. The heated water brings out the flavor of the tea faster than cold water does. That's why people brew it before they cool it.

Thay make those little powder add-ins of green tea- much like the crystal light ones...I'm not sure who makes them, maybe Lipton- they're pretty good and really easy to just add to a bottle of water.

It probably won't "brew", it'll just ferment.... I would brew a big batch of it at a time and then chill it and drink it cold... This way you're not brewing a little at a time - that could be a pain.
