we are a united states hung up on words and for this reason it is the wisdom "socialized" like socialism, like socialist China! OMG no! upload to that, a lot of people associate the words, socialism, communism and democracy as though they have been jointly unique. Socialism is a possibility to capitalism no longer democracy; pondering how properly capitalism has been determining recently, possibly it isn't any such undesirable course to instruction manual in the direction of. yet another factor to evaluate is that opposing the President is physically powerful for scores and The Grand scores Whore, Glenn Beck, tells his listeners that it is undesirable and could kill them if it passes. the great mouth respiratory a lot that would no longer arise with an opinion on their very own would desire to be taken under consideration.

You use TRICARE and can't see what a MESS the government has made out of trying to manage healthcare? There is no answer for you then.

Why would it surprise you that conservatives oppose socialism?
And how is employer paid benefits 'socialistic in your opinion? The Federal government is an employer. Why shouldn't it provide similiar benefits that the civilian sector does?
Employers have a vested interest in ensuring their employees are healthy. The military moreso than just about any other.
Servicemembers more than any other group EARN the benefits they receive. They pay their taxes and take risks to protect your right to free speech, even if you would be better served exercising your right to remain silent.
Conservatives preach individual and corporate responsibility. In the case you use, the corporation is the Federal Government and if anyone should receive benefits from it, it is it's employees and those people willing to take the risks to protect it and it's constitution.
I'm not going to delve too deeply into politics here, but I do find it interesting that a person who appears by their verbage to be liberal would insinuate that the soldiers and veterans of this nation should lose benefits because others have not earned nor volunteered to earn those benefits.

Tricare-Prime is not the whole healthcare system. It is medical insurance, and it's a job benefit just like for you or me. Of all the people to criticize for liking their insurance, the military deserves it.

I Love it, and you forgot all of the federal workers, the Congress, the Senate and all political hacks!
They get the best, while hospitals are letting people bleed to death on ER floors, with Md.s and nurses walking over their bodies, or hiring taxicabs to take the ill and dump them in the ghetto!

How is that socialist? It is insurance. Military folks hate socialized medicine because we lived with it so we know of what we speak.
