To be honest I have no desire to convert them from their beliefs. If that is what makes them feel good and works in their life I am happy for them. I just wish they would show me the same respect. Some do.
For example, my Mother is Catholic. She is a wonderful woman and has a great sense of humour. When she is teased by my Dad(an agnostic) and I about her religion she laughs along with us and takes it the way it's meant as loving teasing. Just the same as how we take it from her.
She has even gone so far as to search out sites and tools related to Wicca for me and is always excited to show me what she has found. She never judges and is proud of me. When I told her about converting to Paganism I was worried she would be upset.(I mean an Italian Catholic!) But all she said was "You have always been my different child. You do things different and you are unique and that's what I love about you. I would never want you to change that and I want you to be happy." To me she is a true Christian. She doesn't Judge and has a kind heart. When her church told her she had to sign a petition against Gay marriage she said, no way, and changed churches. She's wonderful and I would never wish to convert her because her Faith means so much to her and gives her great strength.
Blessings and Huggs.

LOL!!!
You make me laugh Orion!
I love fishing!!
To most of the Craft, every religion has its own valuable perspective on the nature of Deity and humanity's relationship to it; there is no One True Faith. Rather, religious diversity is necessary in a world of diverse societies and individuals. Because of this belief, Wiccan groups do not actively recruit or proselytize; there is an assumption that people who can benefit from the Wiccan way will 'find their way home' when the time is right.
Much like many on this site do all the time!
And what a Blessed Homecoming it is!
Blessed Be!

and as for kmiley7

"This question is just downright wrong. Are you suggesting you "save" Christians from believing that God is not the one true God? That is a terrible thing. I pity you. The fact that you either do not believe in God or worship other gods is sad. I hope you will realize that God is the ONLY god and that he loves you very much( Enough to die for you, so that you could go to heaven and not burn in a fiery lake). before you die."

if you had actualy READ your own holy book of BS, ude know that was jesus.. not god.. so.. i know more about ur religion than you do..

Do you know that Christ taught that "anyone who should cause even one of these little ones to stumble, it would be better for that man to have a millstone tied about his neck, and cast into the sea." What you see as antagonistic humor and as a joke, on your death bed may come back to haunt you in a way you can not imagine. To stand before an angry God, will be most fearful.

And any Christians you have "saved" were not real Christians.

They don't want to be saved, they think they are saved already.

You could try preaching about the third birth... might catch some with that.

Oreo,
Your bait does not work because satan is too slinky for a real Christian. Have a nice weekend. Maybe if you begin studying the Bible you will find HIS TRUTH. Wouldn't that be a Change?? Have a nice weekend.
Thanks

... I wasn't under the impression that we, the Pagans, wanted to "save" Christians who seem fine being Christian.

I have no interest in "saving" anyone from their chosen path.

I only wish I'd be afforded the same respect.
