how obese people can still go to McDonalds. I see them in there when I go by all the time.

Would you question a thinner person who is in McDonald's or in a health food store? Would you question the "obese" person's presence in a health food store?
Personally, I think there are chemicals in the food that causes literal addiction. Pity for McDonald's and other fast "food" places that I quit eating there because I had better ways to spend my money. Eventually I learned what was in the food, which helped me go veg.
Besides, whom are you to judge? I highly doubt you're God.

some obese persons have an eating disorder that causes them to want to eat. Others may just like the taste of McDonalds food. If a skinny person can eat there why can't an obese person? maybe they were eating a salad and drinking water?
