General methods of losing weight, eat a healthy balanced diet. Fruits, vegetables, fiber. Don't eat junk food or fast food if you can, and avoid soda pop!!! Soda is very fattening. Also, if you're not into exercising, you should try to at least get out and walk every day. Walking regularly can help your metabolism so you'll burn calories faster. Be careful. You're still young and want to grow healthy. Don't starve yourself or over do it. Many teens develop eating disorders from this, and die. Several models have died recently because of their eating disorders. Watch yourself!! :)

you aren't overweight, but if you eat right and exercise every day, you'll be healthy. if you cut out the junk food, you'll probably lose whatever you've gained. are you sure they're love handles or normal curves that any woman has? your body is still changing and will grow in places that were flat when you were a kid.
