That's not a healthy diet. Man cannot live on cereal alone. Instead, eat a balanced diet of lean protein, whole grains, fruits and veggies, and really watch your portions. Get plenty of exercise too. It's a really simple program.

Probably a few pounds as you may not be consuming many calories. However, you'd be lackint things like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, fiber, etc. Special K isn't much more than puffed rice (probably white) and high fructose corn syrup. I think the whole Specail K Challenge thing is just a great marketing gimmick.
Cut your calories, keep your food groups intact with the proper servings and exercise. It's healthier.

I tried that one time and it made me Sooooo sick. I started it on Monday and by Friday I felt like I was going to throw up. It was because I was not getting enough fat and cals. in my diet. Well I went and got a salad that had everything on it...cheese, ham, lots of salad dressing, etc. and the sick feeling went away because my body got some fat and cals in it. I didn't lose a thing either. You know they say that you could lose 8 lbs. in 2 weeks well in week 1 I didn't lose anything. The only reason you would lose weight is because you are actually starving yourself. That is basically what you would be doing......It does not work.
