My work habits... I'm definitely a workaholic, don't call out unless I'm practically in the hospital and answer my phone 24/7 unless I'm on vacation.

Good question. We all need to ask that of ourselves.
I admit that sometimes I let my anger define me. And that's not a good thing. But for the most part, I think I have a pretty level head.
I also think that it's necessary to "define" oneself in certain ways just to accomplish anything. I think I actually err in that way too - I have a hard time really identifying myself with, say, my career, and that's probably cost me some progress in that line.
