i've went out with this guy three times, and he's dumped me all three times, but we've stayed close..... really close. he doesn't talk on the phone during the day, and he doesn't call ppl, he lets other ppl call him. about a week ago, he started calling me two or three times a day, and REALLY talking! then he asked me out, and after thinking about it reeeally hard for a day[[i had to think hard, he dumped me three times!]], i said yes. he hasn't called me since i said yes two days ago, and when i called him today he didn't hardley say a word!!!! are guys really stupid and cruel enough to give up after the chase is over!?

Are you really so stupid and cruel to yourself to think that a guy who has dumped you three times might act differently the fourth time?
Apparently some guys ARE that stupid and cruel.
Apparently some girls are even stupider. Don't be cruel to yourself - be nice - don't worry about what stupid/cruel guys think - find a nice one.

Allie Abomination,My dear I am a 47 year old man and I seem to be hearing stuff like this alot. I am a disabled shut -in and I am saddened by the lack of gentlemen out there.Every generation since mine produces fewer ladies and or gentlemen ! Oh there are exeptions but in general it is pretty sad ! Just keep your eyes open sweety, I will pray that the lord sends a good one your way !

Guys think differently.
They did a test where they put headphones on men and women and played two different sound tracks, one in each ear. Almost all of the guys, heard one track, and could repeat a lot of it. A pretty large percentage of them didn't believe that two were playing.
Women on the other hand heard both sound tracks but remembered less than the guys.
What this means practically is that sometimes when you talk to a man he'll seem all distracted, because he's got his focus elsewhere.
Men focus on one thing harder than wome focus on one thing, but women can multi task better.
You probably caught him in a task and he tried to do two things at once, it's just that guys aren't good at it.

Sounds like that guy wants you but in check..His stupid don't get back with him if he cant call you or talk.. Then why are you wasting your time with him is he that cute? Think about what you like in him why do you keep running back to him when you don't even talk? He sounds like he doesn't know how to be in a relationship or he is just giving you the run around..
Find a new man..

He sounds like a total ***, drop him and move on hon. A guy that really cares about you will care about your feelings and not play around with you like you are some toy that he can turn off and have fresh again whenever he wants. If he calls to make sure what time/day tell him its off and dont let him pull you into false hope. Good Luck!

You're expecting too much. Let him or other guys take you out just to go out. It doesn't have to mean that they want to marry you or even take you out regularly.

Not all guys are pompous buffoons or indecisive jerks. It is surprising that women will jump straight into assuming that all guys are imbeciles based on the actions of a single male.
