You have some interesting individual panel compositions, but your color sense needs quite a bit of work and your rendering technique is amateurish. My advice would be to pick up some books by Will Eisner and Scott McCloud and do some reading on comic theory, as well as enroll in some life drawing classes to learn the basics of the human form.
If you're determined to draw your comics entirely on the computer, your rendering might be vastly improved by picking up a Wacom tablet instead of trying to draw with a mouse. (Most comic pros do the pencilling/inking on art board and scan the results, which are then colored digitally; this allows for considerably more subtlety and control.)
