Is there a public metro type link from LAX to La Mirada, CA or what's the best method Super Shuttle?

you can do this by taking the Lax G Shuttle bus
to the Aviation Green Line then board the Green Line
to Norwalk Green Line station (last stop)
then you have a choise (depending on where in La Mirdina
you need to get too

La Mirada
then that the city of L Mirada also have a public dial a ride bus as well

I work at LAX. Yes you can take the Super shuttle or Primetime Shuttle. Those two are the easiest way. You can take buses. Go to: www.mta.net to check it out. The shuttles are located under the Orange overhead sign outside every terminal on the lower level. Good luck.
