No! Not *67! That prevents a number from being seen! I want to know what ALLOWS a already blocked number to be seen!

As far as I know, if you dial *67 on a number that is NOT blocked going out, it WILL be blocked. On the other hand, if you dial *67 on a number that is usually blocked, it will UNblock it. If that doesn't work, call your fone company and ask.
