Do you tell the truth? Do you lie? Do you scream it out for the world to know? HOw open are you about your virginity?
I've never lied by saying things like, "Oh, I just had sex." or anything like that at all. My close friends know that I'm a virgin, because they understand me, so I feel comfortable with telling them.
But I don't tell people that I dont know too well, or sometimes I just let them think what they will (not that they think im a s lut! haha!) I feel like by telling people I dont know too well, they will put a "VIRGIN" stamp on my forehead and think that I'm shy, conservative, bla, bla bla....
What do you think? What do you do in such situations? How open are you about your virginity?

Well, I am not a virgin ~ but I don't openly anounce to people that I am not ~ don't know why it would be any different for virgins????
Why would you tell people you don't know that well, anyway? If you know them well enough to discuss sexual matters, then you know them well enough to be open about your sexual values, right?

Well, I'm only 15 so, atleast at my school, being a virgin is not that big a deal, but I don't go around broadcasting it or anything weird like that. If I get asked then I tell them the truth, and yah thats about it.

I think I WOULD tell if the situation came up because at my age, a guy is expect to have some experience. Now she may think it's sweet or too weird but honesty still is the best policy even in this situation. Besides, my awkwardness would give myself away so why lie?

I'm sorry to intrude on your virginity rant, but WHY WOULD YOU TELL SOMEONE YOU DON'T KNOW THAT WELL?
Who would do that?
Why is it THEIR business??
Don't worry about what others think & you will start doing better.
Just because staying a virgin, by choice is commendable & all does not mean you announce it.
You would only be asking for problems with others if you do so, unfortunately.

I'm really relaxed about my virginity. If someone - anyone - asks, I'll tell them the truth, but I don't go running about screaming out that I'm a virgin. People don't stamp me with any sort of title because I'm so relaxed and carefree; of course, I'm also openly picky, so they don't think that I'm conservative, they just think that I'm as picky with men as with food.

I think you just told the entire internet you are a virgin..... LOL It is nothing to shout about from the highest mountian top, but it isn't anything to be ashamed of either. If you told me you were a virgin, I would think that you were independent, strong and not afraid to buckle under to peer pressure. Of this you should be proud.

I am not ashamed to say I am a virgin I am very proud and my boyfriend applauds me for this.I don't care what people thinks I just want to cherish my virginity.

i dnt just say it but if u come in a situation that u r asked i would tell that person i am. dnt be ashamed that u r a virgin cause there are to many things going around today. if they have a problem with ur answer say O WELL!!! im a virgin and i dnt care wat other ppl say.. im not about to catch anything...

Im not ashamed to be a virgin,and i only say it when certain ppl ask me,which it never happened to me yet .
