rexin or vinyle or leather or fake leather. I tried acrylic but its coming off with water. Should I use oil-paint?

yes, oil will work. You can also use enamels.

There are also silkscreening paints that will work. I'm pretty sure those are the best ones. Ask your silkscreen store, as they have special paints for vinil, leather, glass, metal, etc.

It is the preparation of the surface that is key. Any leather or fake is protected with a film where your paint will not stick to. Remove the top layer with sandpaper. Try to keep it as smooth as possible.

Acrylic should stick even when using hot water. Oil paint will have about the same effect it just handles differently.
