Labadee - sounds like RC's private island? If it is then imagine if you had a fully equiped private beach and then you will know what to do. Maybe lay in the sand all day, float around in the water, go snorkling, etc
Mo Bay - have only been to Ochio Rios but here's my Jamaica opinion. There's is Dunn's River Falls, if you into hiking and climbing and there is the shopping if you don't mind being hounded by a hundred locals. However, I'm a beach and relax person so I prefer to pay for a day at an inclusive resort. They charge you a flat fee and you get to hang out all day like you were staying at that resort.
George Town - I love the Caymans, one of my favorites. Seven Mile beach is amazing and there are lots of nice shops dowtown. Sting Ray City is really cool and there's lots of great places to just walk off the beach and snorkle.
Cozumel - Three words - Carlos and Charlie's. I need not say more other than you may get to the point of drunkeness that you miss the boat so watch out. I've seen it happen!
Miami - it's always just been the place I've flown into to catch the boat so no advise on where to go, however due to how bad the airline industry has been many cruise passengers are flying in a day early. Not only can you then be one of the first people on the boat but you have a day cushion for delayed or cancelled flights. Just a bit of advise.
Have fun!

I went on a cruise with the same ports, except Ocho Rios instead of Montego Bay. Labadee is Royal Caribbean's private island so there is really nothing there besides the beach, they do have a small marketplace, hair braiding area and zip line. In Jamaica people recommend the Bob Marley tours, and they do book up fast. They also have the excursions to the sugar cane and rum plantations, and falls (in Ocho Rios). Grand Cayman is best for water activities like snorkeling, and also visiting Hell and buying Tortuga rum cakes. The best rum cakes. Shopping in grand cayman is very expensive, so don't do your souvenir shopping there. Cozumel is really fun. They have a tour to the Mayan ruins, all day event. They are really known for their great and cheap shopping and Carlos and Charlies, everyone, crew and passengers, goes there to get drunk and party. Miami of course is known for their nightlife and the beaches arent bad either. If you go early to Miami stay in South Beach, and enjoy the beach, shopping, nightlife and latin cuisine.

Grand Caymen- if you get a chance go to the turttle farm, it's alot of fun, they have hundreds of sea turttles that you can pet, pick up, feed, just watch- it's amazing, they are really cool creatures.
Stingray city is also pretty cool, but you can get spooked pretty easy by all the people and stingrays that swarm the area
Cozumel- if you can go see the aztec pyramids, well worth the trip

MoBay--Red Stripe and shopping
George Town--Must see the turtle farm and Hell--mail yourself a postcard from there. But don't buy any turtle shell products--they are on the endangered species list and will be confiscated at customs.
