These tests rate you as the type of personality you are, how you are projected to handle mental stress, how handled prior incidents in your life etc. You can't study for this test or give the right/wrong answers, other than previously mention... I want to kill myself is, or I sometimes see things that aren't there aren't good questions to answer incorrectly.

each answer paints a picture of your personality, including X,Y axis and pie charts. Its amasing what they print out about you after a 1500 question test and 45 min interview about life history.

Different agencies look for different criteria on the physch scores of their canidates. One agency might not like your scores, while another might consider your score. The entire hiring process is an accumulation of information research. In my experience of hiring and testing, I discovered if an agency wants you, they will over look some issues, if they don't want you, they have about 100 reasons to say you didn't make it. I've seen both sides.

I personally tested as areserver offier when I started out, and went to the same psych for both agencies, I was passed up by one, and hired by the next. Be honest with the test and yourself, and let the chip fall where they fall.

You cant "trick" the test as there are safegaurds installed to detect inconsistencies. Remember, this could count against you as deception and not leave a favorable mark.

Dont worry about the prior test, be consistent.

There is usually a battery of questions with multiple choice answers ... avoid selecting the answer that involves things like kill them all and let God sort them out ... and every suspect is guilty ... etc., If you have a profile of quick to anger, bigoted, prejudicial, or would be willing to cover up illegal activity of fellow officers, that usually get you disqualified. Now for the reality check, if the same company is administering the test, do you think they might be able to pull up the results from his last test and provide those to the different agency as well?

in the event that they are rented apartments, would that is extra useful to tell the owner who would evict them in the event that they are inflicting injury and nuisance. in the event that they are wrecking the communal areas, they are in all probability wrecking the flat itself too. in the event that they are privately owned, you should tell the police and that they does not show the source of their tip-off. Its not person-friendly to correctly known if the neighbours would wager it became you or not yet realistically that they had in all probability think of you as a accepted wager as a results of fact little question their very own friends take it too or tolerate it in any different case they does not be friends. you will must be enormously convincing at pretending it wasn't you. The police would choose to video demonstrate them particularly of catching them, with a view to verify the place they get it from and capture an more suitable fish.

Just answer the question...don't try to over think the question. Most tests will ask the same question in several different ways(my test was 900 questions..took 4 hours) because they want to see if you'll change your answer.

If he is TRYING to pass the test, he has already flunked. Just take the test. If they don't like what they find, EVERYONE is better off if he does not work there.

Yes, don't score too high on the intelligence portion. They reject applicants with high IQs

Seriously!

Don't look/act angry or predjudicial. It's more about that then being sane.
