how do you get over something like this?

My ex husband was very abusive to me and even forced me to have sex with him sometimes. Now I can't seem to let myself go enough to get close to anyone else. How do I get over this and move on?

It take time to get over an abusive relationship. You need to surround yourself with supportive friends and family and get yourself into counseling. Just remember it was him that was abusive not everyone else. Give yourself time. Good luck with your healing.

Find a counseling center where you can let your heart out to someone who's going to have tips on how to help you get through it. Surround yourself with friends and family so that they can support you through your difficult time and keep your spirits up. Try and stay positive if you can; negativity isn't going to help you deal with this.

look imma tell you i think the best medicine for this is time you will get over it it will take time but hope later you will find someone better rite now ur probably scared but like i said time is the good medicine problaly you feel that all guys r the same. i think everyone think like that ones in a wile but i belive that there will be one that will help you out and will understand you
