I sure do have a 'recipe' ... make your 'crust' out of the Oreos ... but scrape the filling into a small bowl, and use ONLY the 'brown cookie parts' crushed to a 'fairly even consistency.' Use chocolate pudding, which you can make from any 'instant' but ADD at least 3 tablespoons of 'cocoa powder' or 'unsweetened cocoa powder' to make it 'darker' ... but don't 'stir it' too much, because you want some 'lines' and some 'dry dirt' in your pie. Next, crush some WHOLE oreos, and also 'break up' the filling from your 'crust cookies, but leave the pieces fairly large and irregular. Now comes the fun part ... put the pudding into the crust and add the 'cookie rocks' and the 'sour' (or not sour) gummy worms. Let it 'sit' in the fridge for at least two hours to 'firm' and serve. You (and I do hope you have kids) will really have fun eating this pie (it's actually a tasty dessert) ... and please serve it with an 'appropriate drink' ... some good 'dark chocolate milk' served in old fashioned Coke glasses with a 'twisty straw' and an Oreo sitting on the edge of the glass, or on the 'saucer' beneath it!

You already have the recipe. That's all there is to it. Just make sure you use good pudding. Either chocolate or vanilla. No fat free garbage. And it's all a matter of preference, but I wouldn't use sour gummy worms. The flavors will contrast. Use a clean, medium sized flower pot. You lay the pudding first, then crumble the oreo cookies. You can also add some whipped cream. Have some worms coming out of the mixture.

could not find a pie but i found a cookie.
Worm Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated chocolate cookie dough
24 gummi worms
DIRECTIONS
Make a Chocolate Cookies dough but do not bake.
Take the dough and roll it into balls 1 1/2- inch balls. Cut the balls each in half. Take a spoon and while holding the halves, press the spoon into the inside. Do this to all of the halves.
Divide the halves into 2 sets of 12 (or as much dough as you have on hand). On one half, press a worm into the indentation. Take the rest of the halves and press them onto the wormed ones so they are once again balls. Smooth edges.
Bake as called for in the recipe.
Serve and pretend they are regular cookies. Laugh out loud when you see the look on you spouse's and children's faces!!

Buy a little kids sandbox pail and shovel set...
DIRT DESSERT
16 oz. Oreo cookies (frozen works best, blend in blender)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened and whipped
3 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 1/2 c. milk, whip with pudding
16 oz. Cool Whip
Gummy worms, optional
Put in 2 sand pails in layers: pudding, worms, cookie crumbs, pudding, worms, cookie crumbs etc. End with crumbs on top to look like dirt.
Dirt can be put in flower pot and artificial flowers added for centerpiece and dessert.
I would use chocolate pudding though.
