Ok so I agreed to make chicken tomorrow for a party. My only dillema is that I dont know what to do with it. A dry rub would be great...sounds easy - My question is this...whats good in a dry rub - but isn't TOO spicy? Help?

I don't know much as far as dry rubs. But, you can marinate it in Italian dressing, then you grill it. It tastes great! I am sorry that I have no idea for a rub, but I really hope that you enjoy my recipe, good luck with dinner, and have fun with your friends!
