I used to do a lot of weights and could lift a lot... but I kind of cut down on that I still do them once in a while and I can still lift... but I was wondering if anyone knew any workout plans or anything just to keep me in shape and get me in better shape... I like to run... and do basically anything... so does anyone know any workout plans... or exercises I can do...?...

You are looking for holistic fitness, so you may need to focus equally on aerobic and anaerobic fitness.

You have a weight training background, so two days a week of "toning" the upper body with light weights - more reps - would be good, with two days of "distance" running - at least 30 minutes, with pick-ups (sprints) included, to vary the pace and get some anerobic training in; with two days of distance walking or bicycling (both can have pick-ups included, especially with cycling) for at least 60 minutes.

The seventh day is your choice of the activities or try something else.

You have a variety - in this example - which should make that stale feeling skip you and go to someone else.

Should be a good site for a wealth of information from the people who make a living off of being in good shape. I spend a lot of time on the partner site for men. I've learned so much more than I ever expected. I've even learned how to "minimize" my workouts while still staying in great shape. Enjoy!

Get a good bike and hit the road!! That has to be the best stress relief and excercise around.
