Awe its awful that you have to get rid of your puppy! I have a golden and shes the best dog I've ever had! Have you tried treating the human instead of getting rid of the dog? I'd love to have another golden but I don't live in your area and I don't think my house is big enough to have two anyways. My next thought is maybe you should think about getting a short hair dog or a bog that doesn't shed much. I know that I probably shouldn't, but with my golden I shave her to keep down the hair and I have allergies also but keeping her clipped in the summer seems to help. Plus I think she likes it when here hair is short. With Golden's they shed year around and the hair is insane but if you take her to a groomer you should be able to have them do a shed-less treatment on her and it will help. Another thing you can do to help with allergies is buy some air cleaners and put one in every room in your house. The TruAir air cleaners are great because they are small and plug into an outlet and they are not very expensive. Good Luck and I hope she goes to a good home when and if you get rid of her.

Have you contacted your puppies breeder? most breeders have contracts that state if you need to re-home the puppy it goes back to them.

You know, allergies can be managed. I know people who are allergic to dogs and they still own them successfully. It just seems a bit of a shame to give up on a 10 week old puppy without trying to work round the problem first.

advertise her or maybe the breeder will take her back.
To try to help bath the pup and use downy fabric softner as a conditioner put about an inch of downy to a gallon of water and use as a conditioner it will cut down the dander so the alergies wont' be as bad.

Put her in the paper. That is the best way because you can meet the perspective people to "feel them out" and see if they are trustworthy to have your dog.
