put neem oil on it. even faster, make a paste of turmeric powder and neem oil, and put that on... it is very staining, but will cure darn near any skin problem within a couple of days. Just wear black underwear when you use these products.

You need to go see a Dr it could be a STD or just jock itch. OR a fungal infection. But dont wait go to a Dr!

If its just dry skin put aloe on it..it helps to moisturize... If it's not go to the doctor.. You dont wana have herpes or something like that...

there are any number of things could cause that, from poor hygiene to STD.....suggest you start with a good washing, and if there is a remaining problem call your doctor.
