Getting a sixpack is not a matter of just doing cruches. Most people have substantial abdominals it is just that there is a layer of fat over them so you can't see them. If you do that many crunches and go on a diet you should see some results

Truthfully no you wouldn't and I think there's some research that it actually damages your body the best thing to do is Resistance training and exercises.
