In Wicca theology Deity is both male and female. Religion including Christianity is man's attempt to explain that which cannot be explained. So we look around at nature and describe spiritual things using what we know, even the bible does this. Do you really think that Heaven has streets of real gold?
Hell is another example the bible writers wanted to make hell seem very horrible so they looked at their garbage dump outside Jerusalem and saw the trash the eternal fire, the burning bodies both animal and human and figured this was the best way to describe hell. By the way 2o/20 will have a special on this tommorrow. Could be inetresting watching

Biblically we are created in His image. So we bare the same characteristics of God, but I believe that he is outside of the realm of gender.
The Bible uses "Him" to describe God as a reference point. He is consider the "Father", and the authority. Customarily the leader in Biblical times would be male.

In a sense God is neither male or female, yet is also both as well in my opinion (yeah kinda weird to understand). God does not need a gender, just like God does not need a partner and never has.

This is a good question!Especially when everyone refers to god a He.You almost never refer to god as a she. Some say god isnt a man because man is a sinner and god isnt.I think man has made GOD & labeled god a man to keep women down! Its a inferiority thing i have read in some books, but this is just a opinion!

We are all made in the image of God. Therefore, If you are a woman, God is a woman. If you are a man, God is a man. The representation of spirit is subject to perception of the believer

No gender. Neither. The bible says there is neither male nor female, jew nor gentile in the eyes of God. We were given the male persona to relate to for our human understanding.

In the Bible, pronouns are asexual. The word 'man' may be translated 'man or woman' or 'person' -- the female aspect of the Godhead is Sophia in some cultures -- and then there is 'the bride of Christ' known as 'Shekinah' in other cultures.
All-in-all the word His, Him, Man and so forth are neuter in the context of scripture.

I think it's arrogant to assume God has a gender. Gender only exists for procreation and God has no need of that.
