In a column states as 10.36 and it should be rounded as 11.00, what formula i have to apply???? also advise how to round off 10.76 to 10?????

Use the ROUNDUP and ROUNDDOWN functions.
=roundup(cell addr,0)
=rounddown(cell addr,0)
Any fraction above a digit will either be sent up 1 whole number or down 1 whole number.

Format the cells to zero decimal places but 10.36 would turn into 10 and 10.76 would be 11.

10.36 cannot round to 11, it should round to 10, and then is simply set by setting the cell number type to have NO DECIMAL places, in the nurmber foramt (Ctrl 1 when cell hughlighted then the numbers format)

Taking 10.76 down to ten is NOT rounding, it is taking the "integer part of it" therefore I believe you would use =INT(existing formula) but double checkl the help pages
